Price per day for a chalet or kennel is the daily rate x the number of animals minus 25%
If you (and your family members) have booked 2 or more chalets and/or Kennels for your pets you recieve 10% discount on all single occupancy accomodation.
Any accomodation booked for more than 28 days recieves a 5% discount
Only one discount type will be applied to each accommodation, except for long stays.

New Year Special rate applies for all two-day stays dropping off on New Year’s Eve with collection on New Year's day within business hours.
Typically we don't hear the fireworks here, though we can't control the local residents. The last 3 New Years have had minor pops of distant fireworks which we mask with lovely music of Classic FM & we use calming aids to assist any nervous animals.
This rate includes a Director monitoring our guests until at least 1am or later depending on the distant pops.

We offer a convenient door‑to‑door transport service for your pets. Prices cover one‑way journeys in our diesel vans with one staff member & up to 5 minutes at your door for handover. Return trips are charged as a separate one‑way leg.
One‑way travel time:
Should your pet require treatment during their stay with us we will transport them to Marlows for £15 with upto 15mins wait there, or if you would rather us take them to your normal vet this will be charged at our normal delivery rates + £10 for up to 15mins wait there. If the time time at the vet exceeds 15mins this will be priced at £5 every 15mins.
Any out of hours trips will be charged according to the Dircetors time
If your pet needs a vet, we’ll try to call you first to agree the plan & costs. If we can’t reach you & treatment is needed, we’ll act in your pet’s best interests & get them seen. We usually pay the vet directly & add the value to your Penylan bill. If your pet is insured, some vets may do a direct claim to your insurer if you pay the excess—that’s up to the vet, not us. We can provide an invoice for you to claim.
We only claim on our insurance if something is due to our negligence.
All medications are administered by senior, trained, staff member. These medications are recorded and logged as per Licensing requirements. They will be kept for 2 years.
If your pet requires prolonged, more intensive care (more than twice per day) or care outside of normal working hours, we reserve the right to charge per every 15 minutes at £5.

If your pet is found to have fleas or worms, this will put other animals staying with us at risk. Accordingly, we will isolate your pet which will incur a £50 surcharge.
As required by DEFRA & Licensing law, we must treat pets found to have parasites with an appropriate veterinary-prescribed medication this is charged at the vets current rate & associated transport costs.
For dogs will will also give them a flea bath charged according to time spent + cost of decontaminating the grooming room.
